To begin, schedule a custom consultation with Sally. When you arrive at the shop for your consultation, we will greet you and begin chatting about your design goals over tea or bubbly water (if you want it!). We will go over your general design ideas, metal preferences and allergies, relevant lifestyle factors, and more. This conversation will help us make sure that your final design is not only beautiful but will match your lifestyle so you can wear it as often as you like.

Expect to leave your consultation with a design plan and initial invoice. We ask for a 50% deposit before beginning production.

After your deposit has been made, we move on to sourcing and production! If your design involves gemstones or diamonds that need to be sourced, we will follow up with candidates for your review before beginning production.

Based on the complexity of your design, this stage takes between 4-6 weeks.

The moment you’ve been waiting for! Your design is ready to pick up or be shipped to you. We will contact you by your preferred method of communication when your design is ready.

If picking up in person, you can either pay the remainder of your invoice online or in the shop. If we are shipping the order to you, we ask that you pay the remainder of the invoice before we ship your order.
